The return will only be processed using this enclosed form.

(You will not receive a confirmation from us here, this is purely to be included in the package)

Printing Problems? If you cannot print the form, please enclose a paper with all the relevant information for us to process with the package. The return form can be used as a guide.

Returns and return labels

Unfortunately, we do not cover any return shipping costs. However, if you make an incorrect delivery caused by us or a return under warranty, we will provide you with a free return label. To obtain this, please contact us here.

Conditions of return label In the event of a warranty repair or a wrong delivery, you can use the link below to create a free return label from DHL. If you do not use the return label provided by us, postage costs cannot be reimbursed afterwards. Should a return with a return label subsequently prove to be unjustified, the costs will be invoiced or deducted.

Returns from countries subject to customs duties (e.g. Switzerland, Great Britain, etc.) If you are returning a consignment to us from a country subject to customs duties, please send us the consignment number and the shipping service of the return by e-mail so that we can receive the consignment. Please be sure to state that your return is a return shipment.
